Hi! I'm Chloe, a Master's in Counselling Psychology student, practicum therapist, and dance teacher passionate about all things mental health.
A few years ago, I started a wellness page on Instagram to share what I found helpful in my own journey of navigating mental health, confidence, and body image, and through this, I found a creative outlet that fulfilled me so much.
CW Wellness Co. is simply an extension of my passion for sharing and spreading awareness of mental health & body image/disordered eating. I wanted to create something intentional that blended mental health, body image, and self-worth into something tangible while also giving back in a meaningful way.
Advocacy is something so important to me and through creating clothing that is mindfully made, I can support charities that can truly make a difference in providing education and support for mental health and eating disorders, such as The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and The National Eating Disorder Information Association (NEDIC). Each month, 10% of profits from CW Wellness Co. will be donated to charity, starting with CMHA and the NEDIC to support the meaningful work they do.
My hope is through this brand, to empower those who chose to wear it to treat themselves and others with empathy, be authentic, learn to love themselves, and most importantly to advocate for the importance of mental health!
